Sheryll FitzPatrick: Supervision project

sheryll_1.JPG

Last year I carried out some research into the understanding and provision of external /professional /clinical supervision in the Tangata Whenua Community and Voluntary sector in the Waikato. My findings show that many kaimahi (workers) in our sector are not receiving professional external supervision, placing them, their agencies and their clients at risk.

Thank you for all the support and the interest shown in this work. The report is available here.

Nga mihi nui, Sheryll
